I lived here about 4 years ago so my review is very outdated so I will keep it about the actual apartment itself since management has probably changed since then.
The walls are thick so you donât hear neighbors which is amazing! I lived in the top floor so I never heard footsteps but I cannot speak to what itâs like if you live in the bottom floor. The trash cans did smell on trash pick up day but you canât smell it inside the apartment so I didnât care too much. The apartments were very cute and the appliances were modern. Beware, I was promised an updated unit when I moved in and did not get that (got ugly old brown cabinets instead of nice black ones like I was promised) so what you tour may not be what you get! A lot of these reviews are also pre move in, so they must be offering a deal to get them.
