We love viewpointe apartments, they have always been good to us and we're loving the upgrades. Especially the dog park, our pups love it and love making friends! I would say my only complaint so far is the irresponsible pet owners who don't pick up after their dogs. If you can't clean up after your pet dont own one!

Great and tidy apartments, a nice complex and new clubhouse. Management is very kind and helpful. My only complaint is their rent system wasn't always the best (didn't always pull rent despite automatic setup and would not find out till a day before late fees were charged). Additionally, not all parties were updated when I submitted my paperwork to leave (have since moved out) and was being contacted about renewing despite no longer living there. Otherwise, my experience was good.

I’ve been here for a lil over 2 months and so far it’s been solid! The main reason for not doing 5 starts is the mandatory dish TV subscription. I’m 26 and haven’t used dish or anything along those lines since I was 12. Paying close to $100 (some of the $100 is for the included internet that is honestly great internet) to me is just a waste of my money, and I wish I could pay less and lose the subscription. This with a few other charges that I could go without using or paying makes this only 4 stars. But the community, apartments, and facilities are all amazing and I’ve loved the times I’ve been here!

Nice apartments with great location. Maintenance is always helpful and responds quickly. They are the most affordable in the area, still high but everywhere is nowadays. They keep the common grounds clean and do lots of upkeep to the buildings and the roads. Will update this review with move out experience when we do!

I absolutely enjoy Viewpointe but it does have some downsides. It takes a while to get maintenance request taken care of for example I’ve put one in for the dog park a number of times and it still hasn’t been taken care of. The stray cats can be a bit much but if you don’t live at the back of the complex they don’t phase you. I love the coziness of my apartment, the new pool furniture, and the dog park. I do miss having a grill on the patio so if you want a grill, I don’t recommend living here due to you can’t have one or you’ll get fined for having non patio furniture on the patio. Overall though this is my second year living here and i don’t regret resigning my lease.

I've recently moved to Viewpointe in September and so far I am really happy with my choice. The common grounds are very well kept, the gym is one of the best I've seen at an apartment complex, and the hot tub and pool area is great. My transition into moving, the management was great and easy to work with. I do have a couple minor issues. The residents can do better at throwing their garbage away and making sure it goes into the dumpster. Garbage left out of the dumpster can attract rodents. Also residents can do a much better job at picking up their dog messes. It has become a huge problem in the complex.

Yeah. It’s awesome. I have lived here for about a year and a half and unfortunately I’m moving out very soon. But between the new lot refurbished pool, gym and clubhouse (not to mention the nice new exterior paint job on the buildings themselves,) I am starting to wish I had a few more months here. I love the big hedge around the entire gate to the pool. It creates a sense of privacy and exclusivity. The gym in particular is excellent. They have all the essentials you’ll need to smash out fundamentally any workout. I’m surprised how much space they actually dedicated to it, seeing as they used most of their own old space which used to be used for offices to make into the weight room. Whereas before, the cardio and lifting equipment were all crammed into one room, they now have two. One room for lifting, including a bench press, a squat rack, full rack of both dumbbells and kettle bells, and multiple benches. The other room is all for cardio, with 3 treadmills, an elliptical and a stair master. All new and high quality machines as well.. I’m profoundly happy and impressed. Only wish they had finished all this far sooner. But you can bet I’ll be at that gym everyday until I move out. It may have taken time, but the new management company really flipped this place. Which is good because with all this stuff it actually begins to justify the price, which is the main reason I’m moving out.

The apartment has some issues. Like not moving equipment at cleaning and not cleaning sinks and drains before moving in. But, the staff is helpful and increasable at aiding this process. All things were taken care of and I have no complaints with the move in.

Anytime I talk to the staff, they are polite and helpful. They upgraded the gym which has a lot of good equipment. It’s in a quiet place with great neighbors and easy access to the interstate and shops. Although the fees are quite high, it’s a great place to live. We have recently moved in and our experience has been extremely pleasant. The office staff are kind, accommodating and eager to listen to our concerns and questions. The maintenance gentleman I met is very friendly, works his butt off around the community and dog park, and it shows! They are fast acting as well which is nice and the office listens to us and responds to our emails promptly. The community is cute and in a very convenient location. We love our stay already!

Update 01/24/2025 - Our hallway toilet broke so we had maintenance come over to replace it. They were amazing! They were kind, respectful, and did a great job fixing our problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE (office lacky called police on me because Xavier didn't want the manager to know how terrible he is at his job. Here is a story. I work as a night nurse. I was awoken by a fire alarm in the middle of the day. I called the office to see why a fire alarm was going off. Xavier said "We are allowed to test the fire alarm whenever we want". If he would have said "sorry for the inconvenience, we can talk about warning you in the future" but instead he said "We don't have to give you a warning, now stop yelling" (I was not yelling.) I went to the office to get his boss's number and he gave me a number that did not work (probably because he wants to hide his incompetence from his boss). After a while of Google searching, I found his boss's number and when I gave it to him, he proceeded to call the police on me for trespassing. Truth is Xavier is doing a bad job. DO NOT MOVE HERE

From the reviews I’ve seen i feel like the place has improved i lived here for 5 months i like it its very peaceful it feels safe whenever i go to the pools its never dirty the hallways dont smell bad at least in my place walls are thick and cant hear neighbors which is great they come and mow the lawn every once a week I think and they pick up the poop cuz some people don’t wanna pick up after their dogs we have a walmart next door which is convenient the bad things are that rent is incredibly high i pay 2,300 sometimes even more they also dont have any cameras so if something happens goodluck they also say you cant have some specific dogs and then i see people with dogs they say we couldn’t have

Staff-great. Location-great. Neighborhood-very peaceful. There's a store basically in the backyard. Everything is kept in working order. Maintenance issues are always tended to in a timely manor. Property is clean 95% of the time (Some people are just messy & hard to stay on top of cleaning after them, so I get the other 5% & won't complain at all). The grounds are constantly tended to. Management has done a decent job of getting people to clean up after their dogs, which has been a relief. Neighbors are friendly, but not nosy. I do only have one complaint. The neighbors dogs bark at ALL (like midnight, 6am, 3pm, doesn't matter, I mean ALL) hours of the day, sometimes without end and wake up my littles as well as myself. It's actually quite frustrating and my first time experiencing this in an apartment (which probably doesn't effect other buildings). Aside from that, this is an overall a great place to live! Would happily recommend to friends and family, as well as others!

It has decent equipment and is open 24/7 -1 Some of the appliances are old and keep breaking but I know they are replacing some of them. Overall is a nice place to live. The location is the best and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

I lived here about 4 years ago so my review is very outdated so I will keep it about the actual apartment itself since management has probably changed since then. The walls are thick so you don’t hear neighbors which is amazing! I lived in the top floor so I never heard footsteps but I cannot speak to what it’s like if you live in the bottom floor. The trash cans did smell on trash pick up day but you can’t smell it inside the apartment so I didn’t care too much. The apartments were very cute and the appliances were modern. Beware, I was promised an updated unit when I moved in and did not get that (got ugly old brown cabinets instead of nice black ones like I was promised) so what you tour may not be what you get! A lot of these reviews are also pre move in, so they must be offering a deal to get them.

I currently live at viewpoint and it has definitely gotten better since being bought out. However it isn’t luxury living like advertised, it standard simple living compared to actual luxury apartments built today. I am glad to see the new management caring for the property and updating the apartments. Because the individual unit is amazing but how the apartment grounds were unkept prior was an issue. I have loved the people in maintenance and appreciate their daily hard work. The neighbors are all wonderful and keep to themselves, but understand the majority who live here are the untraditional individuals of Utah county. Which means people are smoking around the grounds so it is something to consider. I have a dog and can attest the dog area is atrocious. As it’s just pebbles which are mostly outside of the area. While it also doesn’t allow room for adequate play. While some dog owners don’t allow their dogs to socialize with others. Which makes it hard to use the dog play area. While some tenants don’t pick up their dog waste. However maintenance is the best and try’s to pick up the waste left by others.

I have been enjoying my new place so far. Plenty of parking for visitors and maintenance has been quick in addressing situations. I am also impressed that management has enforced community policies. I am writing specifically about our rental agent Nick and his work ethic. He has repeatedly demonstrated strong willingness to help and take all the time necessary to solve problems in the application process (which could use some simplification, frankly). Viewpointe is not perfect, but from my perspective, it seems as good a value as can be found in the area (I've explored a lot of options!). The clubhouse is first rate, and the apartment my son is moving in to is clean and well appointed. If the maintenance and other support staff turn out to be even half as committed and competent as Nick, I feel confident the experience will be a good one for my son, who is moving in to his first solo apartment. Thanks, Nick, for all the hard work.

I've lived here for two years now, and the new management is the best it has ever been. There are plenty of things about the complex that could be improved, but I feel like the new management is aware of them and will do something. I get the impression they just need the time and resources to get on top of everything that slipped under previous management, and I can't begrudge them that. I think the majority of move-in problems I had will no longer be an issue, now that there is new management. There can be internet outages, but nothing I think the complex is responsible for and nothing routinely problematic. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and kindly. I can't speak to the shared amenities since I've never had interest in using any, but I imagine they'll improve over time too. The only thing that needs mentioning is that the dog park smells awful after it rains, and I'm thankful my building isn't next to it. Unfortunately it's probably gonna be a little while before they can overhaul the whole park, but I'll try to remember to update this review if it gets fixed! Overall, chill place to live and pretty good location. Groceries are available within walking distance, and there's convenient interstate access. I'm sure I'll stay here for awhile longer :) UPDATE: Taking off a star because of a few issues lately. We got an eviction notice even though they had accepted our full payment already, which is unacceptable disorganization at best. They also did a fire alarm test with no heads up, so it doubled as a very much unappreciated fire drill. We're now looking to move when our lease is up.

Management is absolutely amazing! They actually care about you and treat you like family! It is definitely expensive to live here. Fees & pricing added on if you are even 1 day late (the 4th or later) are crazy. Thats probably the only bad thing about living here. Maintenance does a fantastic job about getting things taken care of in timely manner.
