When we first moved in we had a lot of issues with the old management. Ever since the management changed, living here has been stress free and so great. The front desk is always so kind and helpful and maintenance is quick with fixing any problems that may pop up. They also host events and seasonal competitions like pumpkin carving and costume contests that make it feel like a real community. It’s quiet, clean, and safe. Couldn’t recommend living here enough!!

I have been living here for 2 years now. I decided I wanted to move up to the 3rd floor from the second floor into a new remodel unit so I'd have a better view and it would be quiter. These new renovation units are way nicer than the classic. The new office staff is absolutely amazing now and they made my transfer extremely smooth and hassle free. Chynna at the front dest is such a sweetheart and go the extra mile to try and make sure you are satisfied. The manager, Janice and assistant manager Devin are very professional and are trying really hard to turn this place around from what it was. There used to be crappy maintenance here a year ago but there are all new maintenance staff on site and they have been extremely helpful in resolving small issues. Sam, Zach and I think his name is Ken are all awesome. Give these people a chance! I've lived in a few different apartment complexes throughout my life and this new staff has been the best experience I've had. I also recommend getting a new renovated unit! All new stainless steel appliances, gray walls with white trim instead of the cream color in the older classic units, and new, much tougher hardwood flooring. Ive seen this place do a complete turn around in the last couple of years from what it was. Highly recommend! Plus, it's cheaper than most other apartments around.

Everything was very smooth during move in! We ran into no issues and the staff was so kind!

We have loved living here so far! The office staff are always so kind and attentive. Chynna does a wonderful job of making sure all of our needs are always met! Maintenance works quickly and efficiently. We are so happy to have moved here!

I want to say Thank you to the staff here at Viewpointe apartments . I have to commend the entire place for a job well done . The grounds are kept up beautiful. Anytime I have a question it is answered right away and taken care immediately and I am updated on the progress of any needed maintenance needs . The staff are professional and caring . I would recommend this apartment complex for a great place to live .

We’ve had a great experience, especially with the Maintenance team! We had Zach come in today to help us with a couple of projects we’ve been needing to get done. He was quick and willing to even teach me a thing or two while he was working! We would recommend him to anyone living at Viewpoint in need of maintenance!
