APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Pleasant Grove

I lived at Viewpoint for about two years, and if I had written a review after my first year, it would have looked very different. The new management—especially the new manager—has completely changed my experience for the better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about doing right by both the tenants and the company, which is never an easy balance to strike. During my recent move-out, I experienced firsthand how kind, understanding, and professional she is—a huge improvement from the previous management. I honestly never thought I’d want to stay at Viewpoint, but after seeing the transformation over the past year, I can truly say that if work hadn’t taken me to northern Utah, I would have been happy to remain there. 10/10—would absolutely live here again.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Sam is dedicated to his job and has been wonderful to work with. The best maintenance person we have had in years.

We had a great experience with Devin over the past week while searching for an apartment. He was always very attentive, gave us a lot of his time, and consistently followed up with us. Even though the unit we wanted ended up being taken, we truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. The office is very friendly, and Devin definitely gave us the best service. We’ll absolutely look to move here in the future!

Chyna, Jeanice, and Devin were EXTREMELY helpful during our transition into our new home! This community is absolutely beautiful and so are the staff! I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. Thank you a million!!

I am amazed at how not only easy this was but how amazing and nice all the staff was in helping me get into an apartment. They have been great and so so nice I've never had a better experience moving into a place but the whole experience at viewpointe was fast easy and so so good I love my new apartment and I really love how easy they made everything and for friendly they are.

Sam on the maintenance crew is so amazing. Does an incredible job. Came when I really need help and was able to complete the job!!!

Viewpointe has been a great place to live. All of the neighbors are very friendly, I have only had one maintenance issue when I first moved in but the team in the office was extremely helpful and got my problem fixed within the day. I have had a great experience living here and been taking advantage of the pool, gym, and convenient location.

Take negative reviews of leasing offices and apartment complexes with a grain of salt. Living somewhere is such a personal, unique experience for everyone. I've been living here since September 2024, and have had a fantastic experience. Maintenance comes out timely when needed, and everyone who works in the leasing office are friendly, and extremely accommodating. You can really tell this when financial situations happen that require you to have to pay your rent late--and the office manager responds directly, working with you the entire time. Jeanice is an angel, and this is a fantastic community.
