I am writing specifically about our rental agent Nick and his work ethic. He has repeatedly demonstrated strong willingness to help and take all the time necessary to solve problems in the application process (which could use some simplification, frankly).
Viewpointe is not perfect, but from my perspective, it seems as good a value as can be found in the area (I've explored a lot of options!). The clubhouse is first rate, and the apartment my son is moving in to is clean and well appointed. If the maintenance and other support staff turn out to be even half as committed and competent as Nick, I feel confident the experience will be a good one for my son, who is moving in to his first solo apartment.
